We recommend one year after a system is installed it's maintained by being cleaned and tuned-up every year.
Bi- yearly cleaning contracts maintain the longevity of your Heaters and Air Conditioners Resulting in fewer service problems, a safer system, lower energy bills and warranties are kept valid.
Why Should We Invest In A Maintenance Agreement?
A maintenance agreement gives you peace of mind. They also give you a preferred customer status, savings and comfort. Systems usually brake down during the warmest or coolest times of the year and our preferred customers are given priority service 365 days a year.
Are There Additional SAVINGS With Maintenance Contracts?
All our customers receive an extra 15% on labor and materials.
Can I Spread Out My Payments?
Yes, you're only responsible for paying for the spring cleaning in the spring and the fall cleaning in the fall.
